In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Hamtramck Neighborhood Arts Festival (hereinafter referred to as "the Event"), I, the undersigned, agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk:
I acknowledge that participating in the Event may involve inherent risks, including, but not limited to, physical injury, property damage, and other potential hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Event.

Release and Waiver of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Hamtramck Neighborhood Arts Festival, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers (collectively referred to as "the Organizers") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me or my property while participating in the Event.

Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney's fees, that they may incur due to my participation in the Event, whether caused by the negligence of the Organizers or otherwise.

Medical Treatment:
I consent to receive medical treatment deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the Event. I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for all medical expenses incurred as a result of my participation.

Compliance with Rules and Regulations:
I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Organizers. I understand that failure to adhere to these rules may result in my disqualification from the Event and forfeiture of any participation fees paid.

Patron Liability:
I acknowledge and agree that the Organizers are not responsible or liable for any actions, behaviors, or conduct of patrons, attendees, or other members of the public who visit my venue or exhibit space during the Event. I release the Organizers from any liability for any incidents, damages, or injuries that may occur as a result of interactions with these individuals.

Photo and Video Release:
I grant the Organizers permission to use photographs and videos taken of me during the Event for promotional purposes, without compensation or prior notice.

Governing Law:
This Waiver and Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hamtramck, MI. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hamtramck, MI.

Severability:
If any provision of this Waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

I have read and fully understand the terms of this Waiver and Release, and I am voluntarily signing it with the intent of releasing the Organizers from liability.
